This is our phased approach with details on how we will set your company up for success
Phase 0: Sales Diagnostic and high-level GTM
/Complimentary/
We will work with you and your team to understand and assess what you have in place from a sales and marketing perspective. Based on what we find, we will put together and share a high-level GTM strategy and plan based on your unique situation. We will also search for the low-hanging fruit that will help you make an immediate impact on sales.
Phase I: Sales Effectiveness
We will be hyper-focused on sales effectiveness. We will build and execute on a plan that will increase your win percentage. This will include selling strategy, implementing platforms for efficiency and visibility, product marketing and sales enablement support.
Phase II: Sales Efficiency
We will help you build the infrastructure (people, plans and processes) to begin to drive pipeline. We will assemble an sdr team (if applicable) and database marketing infrastructure required for effective demand generation. We will also execute on other foundational marketing pieces that may be missing.
Phase III: Pipeline Growth
This phase will focus on the testing and execution of scalable evergreen demand generation campaigns to support pipeline driven from the SDR team. We will continue to optimize the SDR team and grow the sales team.
Phase IV: Self Sufficiency
The objective of this phase is to help you build out the rest of the team and train them so we can pass the baton off in pieces so you will be self-sufficient and will no longer need our help. This is also the phase when you give us a glowing review :)
